About us

Established in 2000, we pride ourselves on our honest and ethical approach to recruitment. We recruit across the UK and have specialist recruiters within IT & Telecoms, Accountancy & Finance and Digital & Marketing – we’d love to hear from you if you’re looking for a new role, or looking to recruit.

Our Story

Established in January 2000, we’ve recruited for over 1500 organisations and estimate that we’ve placed around 5,000 candidates with some fantastic organisations such as Links of London, The FA Premier League, RSPB and KPMG.

We moved into our offices in Amersham, Buckinghamshire in 2008 which we’re very proud of and have created a dynamic workspace which is fun, open and collaborative.

We’re a loyal bunch; people tend to stay with us for a long time, and we pride ourselves on our very low staff turnover. People enjoy working here, and our recruiters have been with us for an average of 9 years (which is practically unheard of in the recruitment industry). Our excellent staff retention is largely down to our ability to build excellent relationships not only internally, but with candidates and clients alike. The majority of our work is repeat business from companies who value the quality of service that we regularly deliver.

Our charitable ethos is backed up by offering all Companies with whom we place, a donation of £50 to a charity of their choice as a thank you for their business.
